Terms, Conditions & House Rules
All bookings are confirmed only once full payment has been received.
Payments are excepted by EFT or Pay fast gateways (which is subject to a 3.5% Charge )which a link is available on your invoice
If payment is made on the day via prior arrangements and payment is made with a Debit or Credit Card the same charges apply.
Rates are subject to availability and include VAT where applicable.
Promotional rates are subject to specific conditions.

Under 14 days = 100% of the total

Early check-in or late check-out requires booking and payment of the night before.

– Guests are required to check room inventory within 30 minutes of arrival and report any discrepancies using the contact number provided. – Any missing items, damages, or breakages identified during or after the stay will be charged to the guest’s card upon check-out.
– Guests will be held liable for any costs arising from misconduct, negligence, or damage to property.
Noupoort Mountain Estate, its staff, directors, contractors, or affiliates shall not be liable for any loss, theft, or misplacement of personal items, damage to personal property, or any injury, illness, accident, or harm suffered by guests or visitors, whether arising from misuse or normal use of facilities, accidental circumstances, environmental conditions, or external factors, including but not limited to weather, insects, borehole water, or utility interruptions, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law. Failure to return keys upon departure will result in a replacement fee of R500, which will be charged to the guest’s account.
All facilities must be used responsibly and in accordance with the General Conduct – Items provided in the rooms to be returned to them upon check-out. – Missing items will be payable via card upon check-out – Any indoor & outdoor property and facilities of Noupoort Mountain Estate to be used responsibly and for their purposes only.
Noupoort Mountain Estate, its staff, contractors, or affiliates shall not be liable for any disruption, inconvenience, loss, or damage caused by loadshedding or other utility failures, disruptive behaviour by other guests, payment gateway downtime, third-party system or service failures, or natural, environmental, or other unforeseen events beyond our reasonable control.
We reserve the right to modify or withdraw rooms, facilities, or services to maintain health, safety, or operational issues
Guests using our website or booking system agree to: – Provide accurate information. – Use the booking system only for legitimate purposes. – Not interfering with the security of the website or booking systems. – We may suspend access if misuse is detected. – Where incorrect data has been provided these bookings will be null and void at no refund and at full cost. PAYMENT GATEWAY TERMS
– No alcoholic beverages may be brought onto or in licanced area of the Venue. Any breach of this rule will result in immediate termination of the stay without refund.
– Smoking is strictly prohibited inside all rooms.
– No loud music, excessive noise, or disruptive behaviour in rooms, on porches, or anywhere on the premises.
– Only the number of guests booked and paid for per room may stay overnight.
– Children under the age of 16 may not stay in rooms without adult supervision.
– Pets are not permitted on the premises.
– Guests may not disturb or interfere with other guests.
– Entering another guest’s room is strictly prohibited unless explicitly invited and only when the host guest is present.
